• Adam Andretti will pilot the Burtin Racing Chassis #1 at Lime Rock Park
  • Andretti is currently in third place for the 2024 Trans Am Presented by Pirelli Championship with one win at Road Atlanta
  • The TA class will take the green flag for 68 laps/75 minutes of racing on Monday at 1:15 PM

Burtin Racing and Top Liner are pleased to once again to have Adam Andretti racing the innovative #17 Top Liner Chevrolet Camaro in the Trans Am National Championship this weekend at Lime Rock Park.

Burtin Racing chassis #1 made waves in the TA class last October at VIRginia International Raceway with Martin Ragginger, and most recently at Road Atlanta when Andretti drove to a first place finish on his birthday.

“I’m excited to learn what this car can do on some of the smaller tracks during a race. It’s proven that it has speed but we’re hoping to show what this car can do on these shorter circuits.” Said team boss Claudio Burtin. “I know Adam (Andretti) is going to push it to the limits, that’s why he’s there.”

Andretti, meanwhile, proves that he is worthy of the team’s effort by constantly impressing the fans and team by proving what the car is capable of.

“Can’t wait to get back to Lime Rock Park for another Memorial Day Classic this time behind the wheel of the Top Liner Camaro for Burtin Racing! Such a special weekend for so many reasons. First and foremost, we race that day with heavy hearts for those that paid the ultimate sacrifice in giving their lives for this freedom we all enjoy and for their families they left behind. This is very dear to all of us at Burtin Racing and we don’t take this lightly.” Said Andretti. “As a team we are super stoked to get back to the track for some redemption after a disappointing round last time out at NOLA. Lime Rock is one of my favorite tracks. It is fast, flowing and rewards the brave. The Trans Am fans that come out to support us are second to none here at ‘The Park’ and we always love putting on a great show and taking the time to meet them. “

Lime Rock Park is the 4th of 11 points races in Trans Am National Championship for 2024 with three days of on-track action for the TA class for the long Memorial Day weekend. On Monday, the race will go green at 1:15 PM (EST) with 68 laps or 75 minutes of race action. Click here to purchase tickets to this weekend’s race, and click here to follow along with live timing.
